I love stop-motion animated movies. (Thanks King Kong and Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer). And I have had a long fascination with the stop-motion puppets. I always wanted to have one so I could see how they move and work up close.

A few years ago I bought this original Ladybug puppet from the movie James and the Giant Peach. It’s such a beautifully crafted piece.

It even arrived with an original storyboard panel of the character from the movie.

Designs were by illustrator Lane Smith.
